Doors open at 07:00 on both Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October.
Race waves run:
Saturday: 08:00–19:00
Sunday: 08:00–17:20
Final admission is 18:30 on Saturday and 16:50 on Sunday. Your exact category and wave time are shown on your FIXR ticket.
Please arrive at least 90 minutes before your wave.

Yes. A bag drop will be available and there are no size restrictions listed in the participant guide.

Changing rooms and showers are not expected to be available, so athletes should arrive prepared accordingly.
Toilets will be available on site.
Yes. Hydration points will be available, with food and drink also available to purchase at the venue.
Athletes are permitted to bring their own hydration and nutrition.
No. Headphones are not permitted while racing.
Athletes also cannot receive hydration or nutrition from people outside the course. Your own hydration and nutrition are permitted within the event rules.
Yes. Every athlete race-day ticket includes one free spectator ticket, which is collected at check-in.
Children aged 12 and under go free.
Additional spectator tickets will be sold online and may also be available at the event.
Yes. The SEC Arena has wheelchair access, automatic East and West entrances and ground-level halls.
If you require additional support or accessible viewing arrangements, contact the Hybrid Games team in advance.
Train: Exhibition Centre station
Parking: SEC multi-storey car park, east of the campus
Taxi: Taxi rank beside the SEC Armadillo
The venue address is SEC Arena, Glasgow G3 8YW.
Athletes complete 10 runs and 10 workout stations, followed by an external 200m sprint finish.
Before each station, athletes complete the 600m arena lap + loop.
The 10 stations are:
Air Bike → Wall Balls → Row → Burpee Broad Jump → Dumbbell Snatch → Lunges → Farmers Carry → Sled Pull → SkiErg → Sled Push
Every station is judged, and no-reps or conduct penalties can affect your result.
Live results will be available throughout event weekend on the Hybrid Games website.
